The AURSI Team
Christopher R. Staggers
President/CEO of AURSI, is a Graduate of the University of Florida with a
BS in Industrial and System Engineering. Chris spent several years as Director
of Industrial Engineering and Systems Development for Florida Wire and Cable
(FWC), a worldwide leader in steel wire and cable products. Chris developed
software to measure manufacturing efficiencies within FWC and directed new
systems integration. Chris also handled the Technical Support and the
supervision of all Sales Staff. Chris worked for WESCO Distribution as well as
John Carter and Associates as a Manufacturer’s Representative. During his
employment with John Carter & Associates, Chris worked closely with large
Investor Owned Utilities (IOU), Cooperatives, and Municipalities. Chris was
very instrumental in Consulting on Strategic Alliances, Consigned Inventory,
and System Tracking. Chris worked closely with a number of utilities and their
e-Commerce initiatives and is very familiar with the approaches of e-Commerce
in the Utility Industry. Chris specializes in B2B, B2G, B2C and B2E
relationships.

John Tingue
Chairman of the Board of AURSI, has an
extremely diverse background in the Utility Industry. John holds an Associates
of Science Degree in Business. John has come through the ranks of the Electric
Utility, with over 23 years experience in Transmission, Distribution, and
Purchasing. John retired from the Ocala Electric Utility (Municipal) in Florida
where his last position held was the Deputy Director of Purchasing. John holds
is a Certified Public Purchasing Buyer (CPPB) with the National Institute of
Governmental Purchasing. John is also a current member of the NAPM-REU
organization. John has a high level of experience in Joint Purchasing,
Inventory & Materials Management, and Project Management.

| Meet Chris |
As President and CEO of AURSI, Chris spends most of his time
working with utilities, suppliers, and an occasional
programmer. When he's not closing a deal, he's on his Sea-doo,
enjoying the beautiful back waters of Florida, and trying to jump
the occasional big wake of a little boat. |
| Meet John |
John serves as Chairman of the Board of AURSI, keeping the company
aligned with it's goals, and on track for success. When John isn't
at his desk, he's probably on the road, scurrying through winding
roads, rescuing Chris from another sea-doo engine failure. |
